Step At A Time
I think this blog is REALLY dusty.
Looking back at all my posts is making me realize that I don’t really want to loose weight. I just want to be healthy and if losing weight is part of that then great, but I feel like I need to focus on other things first.
For example, I have an obsession with food. I love it. ALL THE TIME.
Now, it’s not that I’m eating things that aren’t healthy it’s that i’m just eating ALL THE TIME.
When I’m sad, I eat. When I’m happy, I eat. When I’m bored, I eat.
It scares me to not 100% know what hungry FEELS like.
Tomorrow, I’m going to start off the day in the right way: BREAKFAST.
I don’t eat breakfast usually cause it makes me nauseated, but I will eat it tomorrow. Also, I’m getting up when I wake up the first time…and I might even go for a walk. We’ll see how my back feels.
One day at a time, yo! Lets not get too ahead of ourselves!
